Buy all of your skin, beauty and wellness products online without any extra expense. Select standard shipping at checkout and we will deliver the best of skin care products, hair care, nutritional supplement and cosmetics directly to your door in just 5-8 business days.

Since we are one of the few online stores offering free shipping on all U.S. orders, we ask that you review the full details below prior to your purchase. Check our FAQ page for other common questions or contact us for a quick chat about your order.

Currently The Xiri Company does not ship outside of the U.S. or to Canada 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is FREE on all domestic orders to the U.S.

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments typically arrive within 5-8 business days from the date of shipment.

Your package will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. Final delivery on select UPS shipments may be made by the United States Postal Service. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your package. You can also track your package by logging into your account and viewing your order history details. Signature may be required upon delivery.

 EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

All expedited orders placed before 2 p.m. EST on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or postal holiday, it will ship the following business day.

Orders sent to P.O. boxes must be shipped via USPS and do not qualify for expedited shipping options.

Expedited XiriCompany, LLS Choice – $4.95

Your package will be sent via the expedited method and arrive within 3-4 business days. The package will normally arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery.

UPS Ground – $6.95

UPS Ground packages will be received in 3-5 business days. Orders containing regulated materials for domestic transport (class ORM-D), including aerosols, perfumes, certain drugs and products with high alcohol content, are automatically shipped via UPS Ground for no additional fee.

UPS 3 Day Select – $8.95

UPS 3 Day Select guarantees arrival in 3 business days. Your package will arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery.

UPS 2 Day Air – $9.95

This option guarantees your shipment in 2 business days. Your package will arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery.

Next Day Air Saver – $24.95

Next Day Air orders must be shipped to your billing address. Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. If received after 2:00 p.m. EST or if received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day and received by 7 p.m. on the business day after that.

International Orders

Currently we do not ship our products internationally. Please check back for changes to this policy.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

In observance of federal holidays, our office and warehouse are closed on the following days:

UNDELIVERED/MISSING PACKAGES

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please report lost/stolen packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15.00 fee for UPS and USPS packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

Change of Address after Shipment

If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that you will be charged a $15 fee to re-route the order. This option is only available for UPS orders. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.

Eco-Friendly Practices

As your source for skin care, beauty and wellness products, at Xiri Company, LLC we consciously respect our environment. Whether it is our water, our home and our natural resources. Our planet is our lives and it is important to us, and it is our responsibilities to protect our space and the Earth.

We do our best to reduce our carbon footprint. We are an advanced skin care company, our warehouse receives a number of packages on a daily basis. The warehouse staff does an excellent job of making sure everything that comes our way is put to good use. XiriCompany, LLC reuses all boxes and packing materials whenever possible. If something cannot be reused, it is recycled.

The packages XiriCompany, LLC sends out are also eco-friendly. Our signature boxes are made from post-consumer recycled material. We encourage our customers to recycle or reuse these boxes. Additionally, we have specially designed our packing peanuts to dissolve in warm water.

Occasionally we will use alternative packing materials, which may include bubble wrap, foam wrap, kraft paper, other packing peanuts or honeycomb wrap for small orders. These packing materials are reused; we either received these materials as samples, part of an inbound shipment or they were brought in by friends and family in their desire to minimize waste.

XiriCompany, LLC supports the benefits of going green in all aspects of the company. We encourage all of our employees to treat the planet with respect. We recycle cans, plastic and cardboard. We also recycle paper and other office materials whenever possible.
