Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. No refund or exchange

Eligibility to return an item or items: the product (s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept perishable goods like supplements, skincare, hair care, body care, or oils after 30 days. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

We will use the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Hard copy CDs, LPs, and Books.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are applicable.

  • Book with obvious signs of us.
  • All items not in original condition or damaged or missing parts are unacceptable for refund.
  • After 30 days, there are no returns and refunds.

If approved, we will process the credit immediately. Your credit will automatically go to your credit card or original payment method.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.

No Refund on sale items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item please advise us.

Gifts

If a package was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We will issue a gift card after receipt of the item or items.

If the item was not a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves. We will send a refund to the gift giver, and the giver will know about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {4142 Marnier Blvd, Suite 416, Springhill, Florida 34609}.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item or items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
